The Ford Expedition is a full-size, three-row SUV able for everyday drives in Jacksonville and the adventures away from the city with recreational vehicles in tow. The Expedition comes in four models - Active, Platinum, Tremor, and King Ranch - with Active, Platinum, and King Ranch available in standard or MAX body styles (Tremor is offered in standard wheelbase only). The Expedition can fit up to eight passengers across all three rows, with power-folding captain's chairs, 40/20/40 third-row seats with power recline, and the available Flex Powered Console that adapts to however your family needs to use the space. Under the hood, a twin-turbocharged 3.5L EcoBoost V6 delivers 400 horsepower on most trims, with a High-Output version producing 440 horsepower standard on the Tremor and available on the Platinum. 2026 Ford Expedition Model Lineup
The Ford Expedition comes in four models, each built around a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission. Every model includes Ford's big dual-screen setup: a 24" panoramic instrument display and a 13.2" center touchscreen, along with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and standard driver-assist safety tech. Active, Platinum, and King Ranch models are each available in a MAX variant, adding additional cargo space of up to 84.5 cubic feet compared to the standard wheelbase maximum of 69.9 cubic feet - the Tremor is available in standard wheelbase only. New for 2026, 4x2 drivetrain is now available on Platinum and King Ranch models, in addition to Active (Tremor remains 4x4 only).

The Tremor is built for off-road use with standard Intelligent 4WD with Terrain Management System (which adds an exclusive Rock Crawl Mode on Tremor), a locking rear differential, a one-inch suspension lift, 33" all-terrain tires, and a standard high-output 440-horsepower engine. New for 2026, two available performance packages - the Stealth Performance Package and Platinum Ultimate Package - bring the 440-hp High-Output engine, a Driver's Package, an engine sound enhancer with active noise cancellation, and a high-flow exhaust system to Platinum models, each with its own distinct wheel and trim styling. The 2026 Ford Expedition is available in six colors, with three shown below. Additional colors include Dark Matter Gray Metallic, and Glacier Gray Metallic. The 2026 Ford Expedition fits up to eight people across three rows, with plenty of room and features to keep everyone happy. Towing Capabilities
The 2026 Ford Expedition can tow up to 6,000 lbs on 4x2 standard-wheelbase models when properly equipped (4x2 MAX Active models add 300 lbs, for a total of 6,300 lbs). 4x4 Expedition models come with a standard Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package that increases towing capability up to 9,600 lbs.
